How it all started

As a design team, we were thrilled to collaborate with Marketeeo to develop a platform that would address the needs of today's creators and influencers. Our goal was to create a comprehensive solution that would help them manage their social media presence, connect with their audience, and grow their brand.

Our first step was to conduct extensive research to understand the pain points and challenges faced by creators and influencers. We spoke with content creators from various fields and backgrounds to gain insights into their workflows, challenges, and aspirations.

Based on our research, we identified a set of critical features that would make the platform indispensable to creators and influencers. We knew that the platform had to provide analytics that could help creators track the performance of their content and make informed decisions on how to grow their audience. We also knew that it needed to offer social media post management tools to help creators schedule posts, engage with their followers, and respond to comments.

Another essential feature we identified was the ability to create an online store, which would allow creators to sell their merchandise and monetize their content. We understood that building and growing a community was a vital part of a creator's success, and so we designed features that would facilitate community building and engagement.

Once we had a clear understanding of the requirements, we began designing the platform. We worked closely with Marketeeo to ensure that our designs aligned with their vision for the product. We conducted several rounds of user testing to gather feedback and make iterative improvements.

Finally, we delivered a comprehensive product development and user experience vision, which presented a roadmap for building the appropriate products and services. The platform we developed for Marketeeo allowed creators and influencers to manage their social media presence, engage with their audience, and grow their brand. Interviews & Surveys

When we began working on the development of our All in one software for creators and influencers, we realized that we needed to gain insights directly from our target users. This led us to conduct a series of interviews and surveys to better understand their needs and pain points.

Based on the insights we gained from the interviews, we formulated a set of questions for an online survey. We received responses from over 500 users, which allowed us to validate and expand upon the insights we gained from the interviews.

Building empathy (User Personas)

We conducted interviews and surveys with creators and influencers in order to gain insights into their needs and pain points when it comes to managing their businesses. Based on the data collected, we were able to create several user personas that represent different types of creators and influencers. These personas help us to understand the motivations, goals, and challenges of our target users, and enable us to design and develop a software solution that meets their specific needs.

Information Architecture

The Information Architecture for Marketeeo was designed with user experience as the top priority. To achieve this, we conducted extensive user research and testing to identify the most common user needs and behaviors, and incorporated this data into the navigation design.

The navigation was organized in a logical and intuitive way, with the most frequently used features prominently displayed and easily accessible.

To streamline the navigation, we utilized a hierarchical structure that grouped related features and functionalities together. This allowed users to quickly find what they needed without having to wade through unnecessary information or menus.

Customer Experience Map

As a design team, we worked on customer experience mapping for Marketeeo by conducting extensive research on the target audience, their pain points, and their needs. We started by creating user personas that helped us better understand the users and their motivations.

We analyzed the data to identify common patterns and themes that emerged, which helped us create a customer journey map that visualized the user experience at different touchpoints.

The customer journey map helped us identify areas of improvement in the user experience and allowed us to prioritize features and functionalities that would address the pain points of our users. It also served as a guide for our design decisions, ensuring that the software was designed with the user's needs and preferences in mind.

Wireframing, & Prototyping

After finalizing the information architecture and site navigation for the creator software, our design team started with the wireframing process. We followed a structured approach to ensure that the wireframes accurately reflected the needs of the users and the business objectives.

First, we reviewed the user personas and customer journey maps to understand the users' needs and pain points. This helped us create a foundation for the wireframes that aligned with the user goals and expectations.

Next, we focused on the layout and functionality of each page, considering the information hierarchy and user flow. We started with low-fidelity wireframes, focusing on the core features and functions, before moving to high-fidelity wireframes that included more detailed design elements.

Overall, our approach to wireframing for the creator software was centered around user needs and design best practices. By taking a structured approach and incorporating user feedback, we were able to create wireframes that effectively met the needs of the users and the business goals.


We moved on to the next step of usability testing. We developed a prototype of the software, based on the wireframes, and conducted usability tests with a group of potential users.

During the testing phase, we gathered valuable feedback on the usability and functionality of the software. We identified areas of improvement and made necessary changes to the prototype, incorporating user feedback to improve the user experience.

By conducting usability testing through the prototype, we were able to identify and address any issues before the final product was launched. This helped us ensure that the software met the needs of creators and influencers, providing a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Visual Design

After the successful usability testing of the high-fidelity prototype, we moved on to the visual design phase. The goal of this phase was to create an appealing and visually consistent design that aligned with the overall brand identity of the software solution.

We began by developing a style guide that included typography, color palette, iconography, and other design elements to ensure consistency throughout the software. Then, we worked on creating the visual design for each screen, including layout, typography, and graphics.

We paid close attention to details such as spacing, contrast, and visual hierarchy to ensure that the design was not only visually appealing but also easy to use. They made sure to follow best practices for accessibility, ensuring that the design was inclusive and usable for all users.
